Refused to do price adjustment 3 days after my order, and the live chat was a bit rude. Was going to tell them to cancel my order, since I had not gotten notice that my order shipped yet, but when I logged in, I saw that my order did ship.
They say they notify you when it ships but I received no notice. Then, before I pressed "chat over" on the live chat, they pressed it, signifying the conversation was over. Which is rude, to me. I can see if I used curse words, etc., but I did not.
They obviously don't care about keeping customers. I don't care if it was only a few dollars. That's not the point.
It's like a price bait-and-switch thing to me, and I don't like it. And then it will probably cost me more to return it.
